Maintenance Supervisor – Property Operations

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee technical and mechanical work across a stabilized, mid‑rise community of 368 units. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and upkeep of grounds, building exteriors, amenities, signage and parking areas.
• Conduct periodic inspections of team members’ work, assess compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain on‑call availability as required by the schedule.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation for property travel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus.
