Maintenance Supervisor – Prima at Paseo South Gulch

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position supports resident satisfaction and prepares vacant units for new move‑ins.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process: conduct pre‑move‑out inspections, create punch lists, schedule vendors, procure supplies, complete repairs, and verify finished work.
• Develop and uphold standards for the community’s grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas, and parking lots.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials; coordinate with the Community Manager to order supplies within budget.
• Complete monthly reports and documentation related to maintenance activities.
