Maintenance Supervisor - Preston Park

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all building interiors, exteriors, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This onsite position combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership to keep the community operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members to ensure compliance with policies and quality expectations.
• Obtain vendor proposals, prepare contracts, and schedule maintenance or project work.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of property‑maintenance experience, preferably in multi‑site communities with 400+ units.
• Proven leadership of teams of 7 or more.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to be on‑call and work a Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm schedule.
