About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the technical and mechanical team responsible for the upkeep of the mResidences Portland Pearl District community. This full‑time position ensures that all building interiors, exteriors, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and supervise maintenance staff.
• Perform hands‑on technical and mechanical work on building systems.
• Ensure preventative maintenance programs are executed on schedule.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and inspections.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory maintenance role within residential or commercial properties.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to exceed resident expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate and manage a maintenance team.
