Maintenance Supervisor – Perla Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor for the Perla community ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position combines hands‑on technical work with supervisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance on building systems, grounds and amenities.
• Diagnose defects, determine root causes and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections and punch‑list completion.
• Maintain a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours emergencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical manuals and building codes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule (8 am‑5 pm) with occasional on‑call duties.
