Maintenance Supervisor – Perimeter Pointe

About the role

This position oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Lead the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, conducting pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, procuring supplies, completing maintenance tasks, and inspecting finished work.
• Develop and enforce standards for the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Periodically inspect work performed by service team members and external contractors to verify compliance with quality standards and develop corrective action plans as needed.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, coordinating with the Community Manager to order supplies and tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and Greystar’s operational standards.
• Strong organizational skills to manage make‑ready processes, vendor scheduling, and inventory control.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with residents, team members, and external service providers.
