Maintenance Supervisor – Peachtree Landing

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This onsite position supports resident satisfaction by handling service requests, overseeing make‑ready processes and maintaining the overall appearance of the community.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform routine upkeep.
• Oversee the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the cleanliness and appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Periodically inspect work performed by service team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with policies, codes and quality specifications.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, working with the Community Manager to order items within budgetary limits.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and perform mechanical repairs in accordance with safety standards and code requirements.
• Experience overseeing make‑ready procedures and coordinating vendors for unit turnover.
• Capability to develop and uphold cleanliness and appearance standards for community areas.
• Skill in inspecting work of staff and external service providers and implementing corrective actions.
• Competence in inventory management and supply ordering while adhering to budget guidelines.
