Maintenance Supervisor – Overture Doral

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of the Overture Doral community. The role ensures that all building interiors, exteriors, grounds, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final inspections.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property maintenance and supervision.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and coordinate repairs efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills for managing inventories, work orders, and vendor schedules.
