About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee technical and mechanical work across the Museum Tower community, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
- Develop and maintain standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, interiors, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
- Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and materials needed for maintenance operations.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
- Experience with capital project management and a CPO certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday with on‑call and weekend availability.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Realpage OneSite.
- Proficiency with Yardi.
- Proficiency with Ops Tech.
- Capital Project Management knowledge.
