Maintenance Supervisor (Multifamily Housing)

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for its 90‑unit mid‑rise community in Cue. The role ensures that all building systems, common areas, and amenities meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outside vendors, track warranties, and coordinate repairs.
• Develop and enforce standards for property cleanliness and appearance.
• Perform hot‑water heater repairs, basic carpentry, and roofing maintenance.
• Supervise up to five maintenance staff members.
• Assist in budgeting for routine repairs, maintenance, and capital expenses.
• Delegate and complete resident work orders promptly.

Required profile

• Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Proven knowledge of hot‑water heater repair, carpentry, and various roofing materials (shingle, BUR membrane, EPDM).
• Skilled in safe use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
