Maintenance Supervisor – Multifamily Housing

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for its Cru at Willows community. The role involves overseeing all technical and mechanical aspects of the property to ensure safety, functionality, and a high standard of appearance for residents and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise up to five maintenance employees and coordinate daily work activities.
• Manage external vendors, track warranties, and ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Develop and enforce cleanliness and appearance standards for buildings, grounds, and common areas.
• Perform and oversee hot‑water heater repairs, basic carpentry, and roofing maintenance (shingle, BUR membrane, EPDM).
• Assist in budgeting for routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and capital expenses.
• Process resident work orders efficiently and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of hot‑water heater repair, carpentry, and various roofing systems.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently on‑site.
