Maintenance Supervisor – Miramar & Beach Park

About the role

Prometheus is seeking a Neighborhood Service Manager to oversee the physical operations of the Miramar and Beach Park communities. In this role you will ensure a high‑quality living environment by managing maintenance activities, safety programs, and capital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance staff, handling hiring, training, and performance coaching.
• Manage the neighborhood budget, controlling costs while maintaining service standards.
• Coordinate safety training, capital improvement projects, and routine maintenance work.
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring compliance with contracts and quality expectations.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and enforce company policies and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in apartment or property maintenance.
• At least two years of supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and oversee capital projects.

Required skills

• Knowledge of building systems, preventative maintenance, and safety regulations.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and inventory.
