Maintenance Supervisor – Meridian Pointe

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Meridian Pointe community. The role is responsible for overseeing technical and mechanical work to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, ordering supplies and inspecting completed work.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance and cleanliness of grounds, building exteriors, amenities, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative‑maintenance tasks as defined in the policy and procedure manual.
• Support the Community Manager with various maintenance‑related duties as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to perform technical and mechanical repairs and follow established safety and code requirements.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, inventory and vendor coordination.
• Attention to detail for inspecting work quality and maintaining community standards.
