Maintenance Supervisor – Luxury Apartment Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of Pennwood Apartments, a 180‑unit luxury garden‑style community. The role ensures that all building systems, grounds, and shared amenities meet the company’s high standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work on interiors, exteriors, and common areas.
• Manage outside vendors, track warranties, and coordinate service requests.
• Develop and enforce cleanliness and appearance standards for the property.
• Supervise a team of up to five maintenance employees.
• Assist in budgeting for routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and capital expenses.
• Prioritize and complete resident work orders promptly.

Required profile

• Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of hot‑water heater repair and maintenance.
• Proficiency in basic carpentry and familiarity with various roofing materials.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate with vendors.
