Maintenance Supervisor – Livermore Gardens

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and oversee technical and mechanical work on buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and complete repairs in accordance with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and maintain standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, parking lots and other common areas.
• Periodically inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize OneSite property management software to track work orders, maintenance requests and daily operations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in property maintenance or facilities management.
• Proven proficiency in plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Experience using OneSite (or similar) property management software.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday 8:30 AM‑5:30 PM with on‑call duties.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, building codes and Greystar policies.
