Maintenance Supervisor (Lease‑Up)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead technical and mechanical services for a lease‑up community of 176 units in Jacent. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in accordance with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, procuring supplies and inspecting completed work.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and shared facilities to reflect Greystar’s Class A quality.
• Oversee warranty administration, coordinate with construction teams, and lead punch‑out activities for new‑construction and lease‑up phases.
• Conduct periodic inspections of team members’ work to ensure compliance with policies and effectiveness of procedures.
• Maintain on‑call availability, including weekend coverage, to support the fast‑paced lease‑up schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in multifamily, lease‑up or new‑construction environments.
• Proven ability to manage warranties, work closely with construction crews and lead development‑related calls.
• Strong computer literacy for work order systems and reporting.
• Availability for on‑call duties and weekend work.
