Maintenance Supervisor – Lantower Ambrosio

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the technical and mechanical upkeep of the Lantower Ambrosio community. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement and final inspections.
• Develop and maintain standards for the appearance and cleanliness of grounds, building exteriors, interiors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, working with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in company policies.

Required profile

• Experience in residential property maintenance and repair.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate external vendors or contractors.
• Familiarity with work‑order systems and make‑ready processes.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory control and scheduling.
