About the role
This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine community upkeep, diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Oversee and execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and procuring necessary supplies and materials.
