Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities at the North Little Rock campus, ensuring that facilities, grounds, and building systems operate safely and efficiently. This role combines hands‑on repair work with supervisory duties and coordination of external contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repair and preventive maintenance on facility, grounds, and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Inspect the work of maintenance staff and ensure compliance with safety and code requirements.
• Supervise maintenance personnel, providing guidance, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Oversee outside contractors performing repairs or equipment replacements, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Conduct periodic inspections of building systems to verify proper operation.
• Research, recommend, and assist with the purchase of replacement equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, attendance, and productivity standards.

Required profile

• Demonstrated integrity and adherence to data‑handling guidelines.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and walking.
• Strong supervisory and inspection skills.
