Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Envolve Community Management is seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of one of its apartment communities in Indianapolis. The role blends hands‑on technical work with leadership of the maintenance team to ensure resident satisfaction and property standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs on appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, plumbing, and basic carpentry tasks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Complete work orders and related documentation accurately and timely.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7 and coordinate after‑hours coverage.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with specialized tasks as needed.

Required profile

• HVAC certification and at least three years of maintenance technician experience.
• Ability to safely move heavy equipment using proper tools.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime and be on‑call for emergencies.
• Successful completion of background screening and drug testing.
