Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Breakthru Beverage is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and facility infrastructure across multiple sites. The role ensures continuous production operations through effective maintenance planning and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor the department budget, manage inventory of parts for preventative maintenance.
• Review job orders, schedule preventative maintenance, and prioritize work using activity software.
• Coordinate repair, maintenance, and installation of conveyor systems, material handling and transportation equipment.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop maintenance teams across several states.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, disciplinary actions, and salary recommendations.
• Direct workers and contractors in building and grounds maintenance, including cleaning schedules, repairs, renovations, waste reduction, and safety inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and standard computer applications.
• Technical knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Facilities management, grounds keeping, plumbing, and carpentry expertise.
• Equipment repair and general maintenance practices, including conveyor systems.
