About the role
Alexan Woodinville is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join its property management team. The role is essential for maintaining the interior and exterior of the community, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work on residential buildings and common areas.
- Maintain grounds, amenities, and exterior structures to ensure safety and visual appeal.
- Provide prompt, courteous customer service to residents and staff.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar supervisory maintenance role.
- Strong commitment to customer service and quality standards.
