Maintenance Supervisor – Indigo 19

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This onsite position oversees daily technical and mechanical tasks and coordinates the preparation of vacant units for new residents.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and scheduling necessary maintenance.
• Ensure routine upkeep of community areas, grounds, and amenities to maintain high standards of appearance and safety.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to schedule and track repairs, ensuring timely completion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building or property maintenance, with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and local building codes.
• Ability to prioritize work orders, manage multiple tasks, and maintain detailed records.
