Maintenance Supervisor – Hollywood

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite role is based in Hollywood, Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Execute repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable codes.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creation of punch lists.
• Schedule and coordinate vendors and contractors to complete required maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and maintenance manuals.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for interacting with residents and vendors.
