Maintenance Supervisor – Glade at the Grove

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of vendors and the make‑ready process for vacant units.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with quality and scope requirements.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Experience in residential property maintenance or facilities management.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs safely.
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating vendors, managing inventory, and overseeing make‑ready activities.
• Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and preventative maintenance best practices.
