Maintenance Supervisor for Woodshire Apartments

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that Woodshire Apartments’ buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of make‑ready processes and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with policies, quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in Greystar’s policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical and mechanical maintenance within residential or property‑management environments.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues, perform repairs and follow safety and code regulations.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders, inventory and make‑ready timelines.
• Effective communication for coordinating with residents, vendors and internal teams.
