Maintenance Supervisor for The Hudson Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of The Hudson community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite role combines technical expertise with hands‑on problem solving to keep the property operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage and complete the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Oversee routine upkeep of the community, ensuring all mechanical and technical systems operate correctly.
• Schedule and obtain necessary supplies, tools, and equipment for maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in a residential or commercial setting.
• Ability to interpret work orders, identify root causes of defects, and execute repairs efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills for managing inspections, punch lists, and vendor coordination.
• Commitment to adhering to safety standards, company policies, and regulatory codes.
