Maintenance Supervisor for The Crossings Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas at The Crossings meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of make‑ready processes and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the make‑ready process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, task completion and final inspections.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and cleanliness of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas and parking lots.
• Periodically inspect work performed by service team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with policies, quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, collaborating with the Community Manager to order supplies while staying within budget.
• Complete monthly preventive maintenance activities and documentation.

Required profile

• Experience handling resident service requests and performing routine upkeep in a residential community.
• Ability to coordinate make‑ready activities, manage vendors and maintain inventory control.
• Attention to detail for inspecting work quality and ensuring compliance with safety and code standards.
