Maintenance Supervisor for Revella on Main

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Revella on Main community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position combines hands‑on technical work with supervisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Maintain routine upkeep of the property, ensuring all mechanical and structural systems operate correctly.
• Schedule and supervise external vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.
• Document work orders, track completion, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building or property maintenance, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, local building codes, and Greystar’s operational standards.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, inspections, and vendor coordination.
