Maintenance Supervisor for Residential Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of the Banner Hill community meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This onsite position involves overseeing routine upkeep, responding to resident service requests, and preparing vacant units for new tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and building defects in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage and complete work orders generated from resident requests and routine maintenance schedules.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Order and maintain necessary supplies and equipment to support maintenance activities.
• Ensure all common areas, amenities, and grounds are maintained to Greystar’s appearance and safety standards.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in a residential or property‑management setting.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation.
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling vendors, tracking supplies, and managing multiple tasks.
• Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and local building codes.
