Maintenance Supervisor for Museum Park Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee technical and mechanical work for the Museum Park community. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and upkeep of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in residential maintenance or property‑management environments.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of residential appliances and building systems.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices and safety regulations.
