Maintenance Supervisor for Multifamily Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of its Park 120 multifamily community. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work across the property, including hot‑water system repairs and basic carpentry.
• Manage up to five maintenance staff and coordinate external vendors, tracking warranties and service requests.
• Develop and monitor the maintenance budget, handling regular repairs and capital expense projects.
• Respond to resident work orders promptly and ensure timely completion.
• Establish and enforce standards for property appearance and cleanliness.

Required profile

• Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of hot‑water heater repair, carpentry and various roofing materials (shingle, BUR membrane, EPDM).
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.
