Maintenance Supervisor for La Maison River Oaks

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of La Maison River Oaks, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar's standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of staff, vendors, and contractors to keep the community operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve resident service requests and routine maintenance issues in accordance with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, and final inspections.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Conduct periodic inspections of work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative‑maintenance procedures as outlined in company policies.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose mechanical and technical defects and perform repairs safely.
• Experience overseeing make‑ready processes and coordinating vendors.
• Capability to develop and monitor cleanliness and appearance standards for community areas.
• Skill in inspecting work of staff and external service providers and implementing corrective actions.
• Proficiency in inventory management and budgeting for maintenance supplies.
