Maintenance Supervisor for Evermore Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the Evermore community in Mooresville, NC, remains safe, functional, and attractive for residents. This full‑time position oversees all technical and mechanical aspects of the property, from routine upkeep to major repairs, while supervising the maintenance team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Conduct routine upkeep of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to maintain cleanliness, appearance, and functionality.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process, preparing vacant apartments for new move‑ins by completing necessary repairs, cleaning, and inspections.
• Manage a rotating on‑call schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage for emergency situations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services and ensure proper documentation of all maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
