Maintenance Supervisor for Avana Overlook Community

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of the Avana Overlook community. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, procuring supplies, completing maintenance tasks and inspecting finished work.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas and parking lots.
• Conduct periodic inspections of work performed by service team members and by contractors or vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials in coordination with the Community Manager.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes.
• Work a Monday‑Friday schedule (9 am‑6 pm) with rotating weekend coverage.
