Maintenance Supervisor (Floating) – Townhome Community

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor (Floating) to oversee technical and mechanical work across a townhome community of 109 units. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, task completion and final inspections.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and cleanliness of grounds, building exteriors, interiors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Periodically inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure quality, compliance and corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain a rotating on‑call schedule in addition to regular Monday‑Friday hours.

Required profile

• Full‑time, regular position with a Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm schedule plus rotating on‑call duties.
• Experience supervising maintenance activities in a residential or property‑management setting.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues, coordinate vendors and ensure compliance with safety and code standards.
