Maintenance Supervisor – Facility Operations

About the role

Parkshore Senior Campus, part of SilverCrest, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day‑shift facility operations. You will ensure a safe, clean, and sustainable environment for residents while overseeing a diverse maintenance team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with environmental regulations, building codes, OSHA, fire marshal, and health department standards.
• Manage hazardous material handling, waste disposal, and sustainability initiatives.
• Perform and supervise routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, and minor repairs.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver high‑quality housekeeping, waste management, and overall facility upkeep.
• Conduct inspections, coordinate with external agencies, and ensure all licenses (boiler, pool) are current.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 2‑3 years of leadership experience in building operations or facilities management.
• Valid Boiler License for the campus and, where applicable, a pool license.
• Physical and mental stamina to perform hands‑on maintenance duties.

Required skills

• Boiler licensing and pool licensing.
• Painting, plumbing, and minor repair techniques.
• Heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of hazardous material management and OSHA regulations.
