Maintenance Supervisor – Facilities & Maintenance

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor leads and coordinates maintenance personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment, facilities, and utilities. This full‑time, onsite role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, budget management, and continuous improvement within a dynamic energy infrastructure company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost‑effective maintenance practices and manage vendor relationships.
• Maximize equipment reliability and uptime through planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Lead, train, and motivate a well‑trained maintenance workforce while ensuring safety compliance.
• Manage the preventive maintenance program, maintain SAP data integrity, and support equipment rehabilitation budgeting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Technical diploma or vocational certificate with relevant certifications or journeyman license.
• Proven leadership experience supervising maintenance personnel.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP maintenance data and order processing systems.
• Technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, welding, or plumbing trades.
