Maintenance Supervisor – Encore Echo Community

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the technical and mechanical upkeep of the Encore Echo community in Fort Myers. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, ordering supplies and inspecting completed work.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and maintenance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Conduct periodic inspections of team members’ work and of contractor/vendor performance, providing corrective action as needed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance reports and related documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising maintenance operations in a residential or multifamily setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical and technical repairs.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage vendors and ensure compliance with safety and code regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
