Maintenance Supervisor - Elevation at Mountain Park

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all building interiors, exteriors, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of make‑ready processes and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve resident service requests and routine upkeep, adhering to policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, repairs and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for community grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality, scope and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials; coordinate ordering with the Community Manager within budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose defects and perform repairs in accordance with established policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Experience overseeing make‑ready processes and coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Strong attention to detail for inspecting work and maintaining community standards.
• Capability to manage inventory and order supplies while staying within budgetary limits.
