Maintenance Supervisor – Elevation at County Line

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance processes across the community.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and routine upkeep work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, task completion, and final inspections.
• Develop and enforce cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, parking areas, and other common spaces.
• Conduct periodic inspections of team members’ work and of contractors/vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in a residential community setting.
• Strong ability to diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repairs.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing work orders, inventories, and vendor relationships.
