Maintenance Supervisor – Community Property

About the role

The Lodge at Madrona is a modern apartment community in Tacoma. We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee technical and mechanical work, ensuring the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, procuring supplies and inspecting completed work.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and cleanliness of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure quality, compliance with specifications and corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventative maintenance and safety regulations.
• Ability to coordinate vendors, manage supplies and oversee a maintenance team.
