Maintenance Supervisor – Community Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the technical and mechanical upkeep of our community at Bentley Village. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and uphold standards for the appearance and cleanliness of grounds, building exteriors, amenities, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in company policies.
• Assist the Community Manager with various maintenance‑related projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in a residential community setting.
• Strong ability to diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repairs.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing work orders, inventories and vendor relationships.
• Commitment to safety, code compliance and Greystar’s quality standards.
