Maintenance Supervisor – Circa Uptown

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of Circa Uptown, a stabilized mid‑rise community in Charlotte, NC, meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. The role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of service teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the community’s grounds, amenities, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multi‑unit residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and code requirements.
• Ability to prioritize work orders, manage multiple projects, and coordinate with external vendors.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
