Maintenance Supervisor – Canyon Country, CA

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Canyon Country community in California. The role ensures that the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform routine upkeep, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, ordering supplies and inspecting completed work.
• Develop and uphold standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Conduct periodic inspections of work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure quality, compliance and corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain adequate inventory of maintenance supplies and materials.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar supervisory maintenance role.
• Availability to work weekends, be on‑call and adhere to a 9 am‑6 pm schedule, subject to business needs.
