Maintenance Supervisor – Brookridge Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor for the Brookridge community ensures that all building interiors, exteriors, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This onsite role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of make‑ready processes and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform routine upkeep, diagnosing defects and completing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply ordering and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and cleanliness of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Conduct periodic inspections of work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance tasks as outlined in the community’s maintenance plan.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in a residential or commercial property setting.
• Ability to diagnose issues, follow established policies and adhere to safety and code requirements.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders, inventory and vendor coordination.
• Effective communication for interacting with residents, team members and external service providers.
