Maintenance Supervisor – Broadstone EADO

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee technical and mechanical work across the Broadstone EADO community. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve resident service requests and routine upkeep issues in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final inspections.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas, and other community spaces.
• Inspect work performed by service team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in a residential community setting.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage work orders, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Ability to conduct inspections and develop corrective action plans.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with residents, team members, and contractors.
