Maintenance Supervisor – Bridgeport

About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure that the Bridgeport community in Raleigh, NC meets Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality. This full‑time position supports resident requests, routine upkeep and the preparation of vacant units for new move‑ins.
Key responsibilities
- Assist and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform routine upkeep of the building, grounds, amenities and common areas.
- Diagnose the source or cause of defects and make repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Oversee and complete the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and new occupants.
Required profile
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation.
