Maintenance Supervisor – Bowery West

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Bowery West community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position works Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and preparation for new move‑ins.
• Maintain the property’s mechanical and technical systems to ensure optimal performance.

Required profile

• Experience in property or building maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with inspection procedures and make‑ready processes.
• Willingness to work a rotating on‑call schedule.
