Maintenance Supervisor – Aventura RTP

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of the Aventura RTP community, its grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine community upkeep.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and execute repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process, preparing vacant apartments for new lease‑ups and move‑inses.
• Maintain a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours maintenance needs.
• Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems operate reliably and safely.

Required profile

• Experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multifamily residential settings.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Commitment to uphold safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
